Chas (Khaber Aajtak) : It was a proud moment in the history of Guru Gobind Singh Public School (GGPS), Chas, as Rajkumar Mahto, a brilliant student from the 2016–17 Science batch, secured an All India Rank of 557 in the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Examination and has been selected for the Indian Police Service (IPS).
Rajkumar completed his graduation in Physics from the esteemed Ramjas College, Delhi University, and pursued his post-graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). His remarkable achievement brought immense joy and pride to the entire school community.
To celebrate this milestone, a felicitation ceremony was organized at the school, where the Chairman of GGPS, Mr. Tarsem Singh, honored Rajkumar and said, “Our students not only dream big but also achieve big. Rajkumar’s success is a beacon of inspiration for others.”
The Secretary of the management committee, Mr. Surendra Pal Singh, also congratulated the achiever and added, “The institution is committed to providing a disciplined, dedicated, and high-quality educational environment. Rajkumar’s success is a reflection of this commitment.”
